Dairy India 1997
has been planned as a self-help manual for use as a handbook of practical dairying. It
provides a wide sweep of technical and economic information.
It has been found useful in project planning, monitoring and implementation. A volume of
over 900 pages, it has been in publication since 1983. The 1997 edition is the fifth in
the series.
The DAIRY INDIA is now
